Getting Started

How do I create my first load?

Navigate to Loads > Create New Load, fill in the pickup/delivery details, assign a truck and driver, then save.

How do I add a new truck?

Go to Fleet > Trucks > Add New Truck. Enter the truck details, VIN, and upload documents.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings > Team > Invite Users. Enter their email and assign a role (Admin, Manager, Dispatcher, etc.).

Billing & Pricing

How does pricing work?

We charge per truck per month. The more trucks you have, the lower the per-truck cost. See our pricing page for details.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.

Features

Can I track loads in real-time?

Yes! Our load tracking shows status updates in real-time. GPS tracking is live and we support integration with major providers like Samsara and Geotab—contact us to get set up.

How do invoices work?

Generate professional invoices from Finance > Invoices. Customize templates, add line items, and send via email.

Can I export data?

Yes! All reports and lists can be exported to Excel or PDF from the export button.

What browsers are supported?

HAULKA works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions).

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3 + AES-256), row-level security, and daily backups.

Do you have a mobile app?

A mobile driver app is currently in development and will launch in Q2 2026.
